£900m Framework for North West Construction Hub – NWCH

The NWCH replaced lowest price public sector tendering in the North West with long-term, collaborative relationships between clients, professionals and contractors, formed around shared objectives and common values. The Hub was established in 2009 and operates across the North West, including the counties of Cheshire, Cumbria, Greater Manchester, Lancashire and Merseyside with the current five year Major Projects frameworks running from 2015 to 2020. A collection of submissions to various clients who use the hub are included.
