Karen Shaw

An Architect, with exceptional listening skills Karen understands the expectations of your clients. Coupled with a great eye for detail, Karen knows how to walk in your client’s shoes, and:
• Creates a Bid Brand to meet their needs, then designs and produces bid winning documents which stand out from your competitors
• Uses her to excellent communication and management skills to ensures we deliver compelling bids which meet your needs
• Knows what good looks likes, and uses the psychology of branding and her graphics and branding design skills to create a bid brand, that puts you ahead of the opposition

Toni Griffiths

Toni is a highly experienced Bid Leader with the ability to create bespoke client focused text from a blank piece of paper. Developing her skill set at Balfour Beatty Investments and BAM Construction, Toni brings:
• Multi sector construction experience including delivering successful bids in, education (schools, colleges and universities), health, roads/street lighting, renewables, as well as student accommodation and national framework success
